Producer II Support
Users of Producer II software and/or Capture Back software can get support, maintenance, and updates to their software by calling Isletech at (250)744-5026. We will be glad to help you.Producer II Support is available at a cost of $9.50 for each six minutes.
We will be glad to provide you with a quote for any customization you would like to your Producer software.
Updates available include:
- Capture Back 2.3 - This release modified Capture Back to understand the changes
that ICBC release 48 introduced to screens.
Cost $225
- Capture Back 2.4 - This release added a box to the review screen to indicated the
payment method used and modified the report for ICBC to show and total the payment by
method.
Cost $145
- Prorated Commission Fix - At some point last year Capture Back began calculating
the commission on short term policies incorrectly. This release fixed that problem.
Cost $195
- Capture Back 2.5 - This release modifies Capture Back to understand the ICBC
changes for releases 49 and 50.
